2. USD wire transfers are subject to a $100 minimum and take 1–5 business days. Your bank may charge additional fees. For blockchain transfers, only native assets on supported networks are accepted. Assets sent on the wrong network or to incorrect addresses may not be recoverable.

3. Backpack Wallet is fully self-custodial. Backpack cannot recover your wallet or recovery phrase, reverse transactions or freeze accounts.

4. Yield comes from lending to borrowers on Backpack and, where applicable, native staking and rewards. Turn on Auto Lend to earn yield automatically on your available balances. Rates are variable, accrue hourly and are not guaranteed.

5. Stocks are offered by Backpack Securities and are available only in eligible jurisdictions. Quoted prices may include a spread. Eligible stocks may be withdrawn to Solana as tokens for a fee and deposited back. Blockchain network fees apply. Pre-market, after-hours and overnight sessions support whole shares only. Weekend and US holiday trading is limited to eligible stocks only.

6. Perpetual futures carry a high risk of loss, including liquidation and loss of your entire collateral. Yield on margin balances and unrealized PnL comes from lending and is variable. Collateral weights vary by asset. Product availability, maximum leverage and eligibility requirements vary by market and region.
